结构调控实现MXene量子点高插层赝电容储能
High-Intercalation Pseudocapacitive Energy Storage of MXene Quantum Dots Through Structural Regulation
摘要
Abstract
Compared with MXene nanosheets,MXene quantum dots(MQDs)have rich active sites and high con-ductivity.This paper adopts the hydrothermal method to regulate the structure of MQDs and systematically analyzes its electrochemical energy storage performance and mechanism.Under alkaline conditions,higher reaction tempera-ture and longer reaction time can make MXene"cut"into quantum dots with smaller particle size and suitable inter-layer spacing without oxidation.The prepared MQDs exhibit a high intercalation pseudocapacitance ratio of up to 87%,and its capacitance can reach 128.6 F/g in a 1 mol/L MgSO4 electrolyte.关键词
