碳酸盐岩储层多尺度孔洞缝的识别与表征
Identification and Characterization of Multi-Scale Pores,Vugs and Fractures in Carbonate Reservoirs:A Case Study of the Maokou Formation Carbonate Gas Reservoirs

Abstract
Taking the reservoir of the Maokou formation carbonate gas reservoirs in the Hechuan gas field as an ex-ample,this paper utilizes CT scanning and digital core reconstruction techniques to characterize pores,caves and fracture systems at multiple scales,reconstructs pore space and conducts quantitative analysis of the reconstructed pore space,and then realizes the characterization of the relationship between pores,caves and fractures across dif-ferent scales and classification of reservoir types.The research findings indicate that:1)The carbonate reservoir in the Maokou formation can be classified into three types:fracture-cave type,cave type,and pore type,in which the fracture-cave type exhibits higher characteristics such as sphericity,fracture aperture,and fracture length.2)In full diameter core samples,the distribution of pores,caves,and fractures is relatively uniform,with fractures form-ing plate-like and network distributions between pores and caves,serving as the main flow pathways.Plugs primari-ly consist of pores and a small number of caves and fractures,with fractures connecting to pores and caves as the main flow channels.The 4 mm small core samples mainly consist of pores,some of which show a degree of connec-tivity.3)The proportions of connected pores from full diameter cores to small core samples are 3.0%,9.0%and 25.8%respectively,while the proportions of caves are 55.0%,32.0%,and 0,and the proportions of fractures are 11.0%,21.0%,and 9.2%.The development of fractures and caves is a key factor influencing the properties of the formation carbonate rocks.4)The proportions of fracture-cave type and cave type reservoir types in the Maokou Formation exceed 80%,indicating good overall flow capacity.关键词
