摘要

Abstract

Easy-open cans are widely used in beverage packaging,and their lids may produce defects such as dirt,scratches,deformation,and missing pull rings during production and processing.To ensure the integrity of packaging and food safety,a defect detection system for easy-open can lids based on machine vision was designed.The hardware of the detection system consists of two parts:a machine vision system and a transmission classification system.Suitable cameras,lenses,and light sources are selected to construct a machine vision system for high-quality image acquisition.Suitable stepper motors,stepper drivers,electric cylinders,sensors,etc.,are selected to construct a transmission classification system.By using LabVIEW and IMAQ VISION to collect can lid images and detect defects,using LabVIEW and DAQmx to transmit the tested can lids,and classifying them based on the results of defect detection,it is ensured that only qualified can lids enter the next process,thereby improving production efficiency,and ensuring product quality and food safety.The experiment proves that the designed system can meet the design requirements and provide reference for business enterprises in automated inspection of easy-open can lids automated inspection of enterprise.At the same time,the system can also serve as a practical project for relevant courses in universities to exercise students'ability to analyze and solve problems,and enhance their practical engineering abilities.
