异种铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接头微观组织与力学性能研究
Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Friction Stir Welded Dissimilar Aluminum Alloys
摘要
Abstract
In order to obtain the relationship between microstructure and mechanical properties of 7050/7075 dissimilar aluminum alloys at different rotated speeds,five groups of rotated speeds were set for welding experiments in this study.The rotated speeds of the welding tool were 1 000 r/min,1 200 r/min,1 400 r/min,1 600 r/min,1 800 r/min.The microstructure of the weld cross-section and metallographic structure after the tensile experiment were compared.The results show that the speedier the increase of the rotation is,the finer the grains in the weld nugget zone are,and the more uniform the distribution of refined grains is after recrystallization.The joints at 1 400 r/min and 1 800 r/min have better tensile properties.The joint remains defect-free at 1 400 r/min,which is the best welding process parameter in this experiment.The microstructure of nugget zone and base metal was comparatively analyzed through EBSD experiments,and the dynamic recrystallization theory of nugget zone was preliminarily verified.关键词
