摘要
Abstract
The main objective of this research is to determine the airspring characteristics accurately and efficiently.Firstly,a general simulation model of airspring used in vehicle suspension system is established based on the mathematical model.The functions of volume and effective area for the airspring modeling are obtained according to the experimental results.The simulated static stiffness and hysteresis characteristics of the rolling lobe airspring agree well with the experimental results.In the cases of γ=1.0 and γ=1.4,the relative errors between the calculated and measured static stiffness of the bellow type airspring are-8.0%and-4.8%,respectively.The results of the study show that the provided governing equations can describe the state of the gas inside the airsprings effectively,and the numerical model can be used to evaluate the static and dynamic characteristics of the airsprings,hence providing support for the suspension system design.关键词
