基于内涝调节供需分析的老城区绿色基础设施更新策略
The Strategy for the Renewal of Green Infrastructure in Old Urban Areas Based on the Analysis on the Supply and Demand of Waterlogging Regulation:A Case of Daowai District of Harbin

Abstract
China's urban construction has entered an era of stock renewal.There are high building density,large population,outdated infrastructure,and high risk of waterlogging disasters in old urban areas.Optimizing the urban green infrastructure(GI)through urban renewal actions has the advantages of low cost and easy implementation for addressing the waterlogging.The analysis on the supply and demand can serve as a basis for renewal.Based on the supply and demand theory of ecosystem services,this paper takes Harbin Daowai District as an example,uses the SCS-model to measure the demand and potential supply of GI waterlogging regulation services in each hydrological unit under the multi-rainstorm scenario,and develops the GI renewal plan based on the supply and demand balance analysis.The results show that the GI renovation can regulate and store 63.3%of the runoffduring a 10-year rainfall return period and reduce the number of waterlogging areas from 62 to 14.It is an effective means of controlling waterlogging in the old city.Rainwater gardens,riverside green spaces,and catchment areas are efficient renewal strategies for regulating and storing 56.53%,20.57%,and 21.38%of water,respectively.The research results provide technical solutions and references for the precise analysis on urban waterlogging problems and for the implementation of urban renewal actions in the old urban areas.关键词
