Abstract
"Carbon neutrality and carbon peaking"is an important part in the construction of ecological civilization,and it is also an important content that needs to be addressed in rural development and governance.Combining with the key work for promoting rural revitalization currently,based on the relationship between rural planning and"carbon neutrality and carbon peaking",this paper proposed a response strategy for rural community planning based on"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality".Taking Qianmailiangou Village and Houmailiangou Village of Qingdao as the research object,under the guidance of the overall rural layout,spatial structure,industrial development and construction planning,etc.,the paper provides important construction ideas for the implementation of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"in rural areas.关键词
