Abstract
In the context of high-quality urban development,urban planning and construction emphasizes and highlights the"humanistic"perspective and"demand"logic.The community is the basic unit of residents'life and urban governance,and its planning,construction and renewal have become the key areas to highlight the"humanistic"logic of planning.In addition,creating a complete community that satisfies the daily spatiotemporal behavior needs of the residents has become an important part in the construction of the community life circle.This paper systematically combs the research methods and applications of residents'spatiotemporal behavior characteristics.Taking Nijiaqiao Community in Chengdu as an example,the paper explores the daily spatiotemporal behavior characteristics of the residents in the community from the perspective of micro individuals.First,the spatial scope of residents'daily activities is limited within the accessibility of community facilities and residents'travel accessibility.On this basis,according to the spatial factors of the community,the spatial connectivity,facility convenience,space security and experience comfort are quantified.Combining with the factors influencing the travel preferences of the residents,the residents'travel trajectory are simulated with high precision to form the analysis model of residents'spatiotemporal behavior characteristics based on multi-source data,which provides a practical basis for optimizing the 15-minute life circle in old communities.关键词
