基于多目标控制的钢桁系杆拱桥无应力状态计算研究
Research on stress-free state calculation of steel truss tied arch bridge based on multi-objective control

Abstract
In order to obtain the accurate stress-free alignment and the reasonable tie bar force of long-span steel truss tied-arch bridge,by considering the characteristic of the stress-free state of tied arch bridge and the goal of determining horizontal tie forces in the completed bridge state,a stress-free state calculation method for steel truss tied arch bridge based on multi-objective control was proposed.By taking the difference between the spatial position after deformation and the designed position,as well as the displacement of the arch foot being 0,as the iterative calculation targets,and by using the design alignment parameters of the steel truss tied arch bridge as the spatial position information of the initial stress-free state,the differences between the deformed alignment spatial position information and the designed spatial position parameter and the displacement of the arch foot were calculated.The characteristics of structural system transformation encountered in actual construction process were considered in this calculation.Superimposing the differences in spatial position information reversed onto the stress-free alignment,and the initial tie force was calculated based on the displacement of the arch foot,which achieves the simultaneous updating of the spatial position information of stress-free alignment of arch ribs and the horizontal tie force.Multiple iterative calculations were conducted until the difference in spatial position information and the horizontal displacement of the arch foot both satisfy the iteration targets.By using the design parameters of a long-span steel truss tied arch bridge,a study on stress-free state calculation of the steel truss tied arch bridge was conducted,which simultaneously obtains the spatial position of the nodes of the stress-free alignment of the arch rib and the reasonable tie forces.Comparing the results of the stress-free state calculation with the actual design values,the dimensions of the upper chord pre-camber are 6.9 cm and 8.2 cm,and the horizontal displacement of the arch foot is 3.1×10-5 cm and 1.2 cm,respectively,which is relatively close to each other,verifying the correctness and feasibility of the stress-free state calculation method.The method for calculating the stress-free state of steel truss tied arch bridges based on multi-objective control can obtain information of the stress-free state precisely,which can be used to guide the design and construction of this type of bridges.关键词
