Utility analysis of post grouting section after stress loss of post grouting prestressed resin bolt

Abstract
Prestressed anchors are an effective rock reinforcement scheme.To address the issue of prestress loss during the long-term service of prestressed anchors,this study proposed using post-grouting prestressed resin anchors to sustain the long-term support force of the surrounding rock under the creep of the resin anchorage section.To investigate the mechanism of post-grouting prestressed resin bolts under the creep of the anchorage section,considering the relaxation load generated by the creep of the anchorage section and the retraction of the free section(grouting section)of the bolt,this paper established a mechanical response model for the grouting section of post-grouting prestressed resin bolts under relaxation load.An analytical solution for the axial force distribution along the grouting section under relaxation load was derived,and the accuracy of the mechanical model was verified by laboratory tests based on distributed optical fiber sensing technology.Finally,the influence of anchorage system parameters on the long-term support force of post-grouting prestressed resin bolts was systematically analyzed.The results show that:(1)under the relaxation load of the anchorage section,the axial force of the grouting section of post-grouting prestressed resin bolts increases logarithmically in the direction near the bearing plate,and the bolt support force at the end of the plate is almost unaffected by the relaxation load of the anchorage section.(2)As the relaxation load increases,the thickness of the compression arch formed by the prestressed anchor decreases,but this thickness eventually stabilizes at a value(which is 0.3 m in the test).(3)The elastic modulus and diameter of the bolt have no significant effect on the long-term support force of post-grouting prestressed resin bolts under relaxation load,but increasing the contact shear stiffness and the length of the grouting section reduces the impact of the relaxation load on the support force at the plate end.The results of this study provide a theoretical basis for understanding the bearing effect of the grouting section after prestress loss in post-grouting prestressed resin bolts during the service life of tunnels.关键词
