伺服钢支撑控制旁侧既有盾构隧道变形试验研究
Experimental study on deformation of existing shield tunnel on the side of servo steel support control

Abstract
In order to find out the deformation rules and mechanism of the foundation pit and the whole tunnel when the existing shield tunnel is deformed by the servo steel support,the irrational application of the servo steel support in engineering is solved.Laboratory scaled model test was carried out to study the rule and mechanism of active control of side tunnel deformation induced by servo steel support by analyzing the test data of ground wall deformation,tunnel deformation,tunnel confining pressure,internal force,and surrounding soil pressure,as well as the control effect of tunnel deformation under different combinations of servo steel support.The test results show that the servo loading has a certain control effect on both the horizontal displacement and the arch settlement of the tunnel,and the control effect on the horizontal displacement is more significant.The influence on the waist pressure and bending moment of the right arch is the largest,the top and the bottom of the arch are the second,the left arch is the least,and the ground settlement is not significantly controlled.The additional stress generated by the servo loading on the side soil will dissipate with the increase of the distance,and the stress concentration would occur in the right arch waist of the tunnel.The influence of the servo loading on the deformation of the ground connecting wall,the confining pressure and bending moment of the tunnel,and the tunnel deformation were synchronized and interrelated.The closer the setting position of servo steel support is to the buried depth of the tunnel and the more layers are set,the better the tunnel deformation control effect would be.However,when the setting position is inappropriate,the setting number of layers is not proportional to the tunnel deformation control effect,and even produces a negative control effect.In the project,the setting position of servo steel support should be mainly considered,and the setting number of layers should not be blindly increased.Otherwise,project costs would be increased and project risks may arise.The research results can provide theoretical guidance for the active control of enclosure structure and lateral tunnel deformation of servo steel support,which is conducive to its wider and more reasonable application.关键词
