碧流河水库防洪预泄调度规则研究
Study on pre-discharge regulation of flood control in Biliuhe Reservoir
摘要
Abstract
On the premise of ensuring Xingli water supply,this paper analyzes the existing dispatching rules of Biliuhe reservoir,puts forward the pre-discharge dispatching rules based on the pre-discharge recharge idea,designs the pre-discharge control level and the pre-discharge judgment index.By selecting the optimal index,the existing forecast and dispatching rules are optimized,and the flood control and storage capacity of the reservoir is improved to the maximum extent.The results of frequency flood control in Biliuhe Reservoir show that the use of pre-discharge dispatching rules can seize the favorable opportunity to maximize the flood storage capacity,reduce the reservoir water level and reduce the flooded area of the reservoir.This research result can be used as a reference for other reservoirs that need to improve their flood control capacity.关键词
