Low-Carbon Planning of Flexible Distribution Network Based on Carbon Emission Flow

Abstract
With the large-scale development of distributed generation(DG),flexible control of power flow in a distribution network can be realized using a soft open point(SOP),which further enhances the ability of a flexible distribution network(FDN)to adjust the power flow.In this study,a low-carbon planning model of an FDN based on an improved carbon emission flow theory is established.First,the carbon emission characteristics of the FDN are analyzed and an improved method for carbon emission flow calculation for the FDN is proposed.Considering the characteristics of DG and SOP,a low-carbon planning model of the FDN is established based on the improved carbon emission flow theory.Furthermore,based on second-order cone programming,the proposed model is solved to obtain an optimal low-carbon planning scheme for the FDN,and the carbon flow distribution of the entire network is obtained by combining the carbon emission flow theory.Finally,the proposed model is analyzed and verified using an improved IEEE 33 node distribution system.The results indicate that reasonable coordinated planning of DG and SOP can effectively improve the economy of system operation and reduce carbon emissions.关键词
