基于GO-FLOW法的开关电源系统可靠性分析
Reliability analysis of switching power supply system based on GO-FLOW methodology

Abstract
The reliability of switching power supply system is analyzed by GO-FLOW methodology.The principle of switching power supply system is explored.Making the components in the system schematic diagram correspond to the GO-FLOW operators,the GO-FLOW model of switching power supply system is established,and the reduced order processing is conducted on common signals.Aiming at the closed-loop feedback system,a reliability processing method based on Markov model is proposed.Combined with the shutdown correlation in practical engineering applications,the equivalent reliability data are derived by combining the state of the closed-loop feedback system.A new GO-FLOW operator is defined to simulate the repairable system with closed-loop feedback control,and the relevant operation rules are given.Then the reliability of the equivalent GO-FLOW diagram of the switching power supply system is calculated.The result shows that this method can solve the problem that the cycle structure can not exist in GO-FLOW model,and can evaluate the reliability of switching power supply system more accurately.关键词
