Research Progress on Biological Functions of Grape By-Products and Their Application in Pig Production
摘要
Abstract
Grape by-products mainly include grape pomace and grape seeds,which are rich in nutritional value and active ingredients such as resveratrol,proanthocyanidins and dietary fiber,and have various biological functions such as antioxidant,anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective.In recent years,with the increase of grape yield,its by-product yield has increased correspondingly,making it a potential non-grain feed resource.The research shows that grape by-products show great application potential in animal production,providing a new source of feed raw materials and functional feed additives for animal production.In this paper,the nutri-tional value,main bioactive components,biological functions and application of grape by-products in pig pro-duction were reviewed,in order to provide reference for further development and utilization of grape by-prod-ucts in this field.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2025,37(2):744-755]关键词
