摘要
Abstract
In the process of large-scale farming,respiratory diseases are an important cause of decreased growth performance,increased mortality and increased farming costs of livestock and poultry,and have be-come one of the pain points in the industry.Siraitia grosvenorii is a traditional Chinese medicine with the effica-cy of clearing the lungs and improving the pharynx,resolving phlegm and relieving cough,and moistening the intestines and laxative effect,and studies have shown that the Siraitia grosvenorii extracts have the potential ef-ficacy of alleviating respiratory diseases of livestock and poultry,as they have the effects of anti-inflammatory,antioxidant and promoting the immune function.This paper summarizes the main active ingredients,physiologi-cal functions,mechanism of action of Siraitia grosvenorii extracts and its research progress in alleviating respir-atory diseases in livestock and poultry,with a view to providing reference for the application of Siraitia grosve-norii extracts in livestock and poultry production.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2025,37(2):847-857]关键词
