摘要

Abstract

This experiment was conducted to determine the net energy values of cellulose,glucomannan,xy-lan,β-glucan and pectin from the perspective of single fiber component by indirect calorimetry and multivariate weighted-nested regression model,and to explore their effects on nutrient apparent total tract digestibility,ener-gy utilization efficiency and net energy partition pattern of growing pigs.Thirty-six"DurocxLandracexYork-shire"three-cross healthy castrated boars with an initial body weight of(27.9±0.7)kg were randomly divided into 6 groups with 6 replicates per group and 1 pig per replicate.Pigs in the control group were fed a corn-soy-bean meal type basal diet,and those in the five experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 10%cellulose,10%glucomannan,10%xylan,10%β-glucan and 10%pectin,respectively.The experiment lasted for 84 days and was divided into 6 periods with 14 days each,including 7 days of pre-test period,1 day of chamber adaptation period,5 days of feeding calorimetric period and 1 day of fasting calorimetric period.The results showed as follows:1)compared with cellulose diet group,the dry matter intake of growing pigs in glucomannan and pectin diet groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05).2)Compared with the control group,different dietary fiber components significantly decreased the apparent total tract digestibilities of gross energy,organic matter and crude protein as well as dietary digestible energy,metabolizable energy and net en-ergy values of growing pigs(P<0.05);dietary xylan significantly decreased the apparent total tract digestibili-ties of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber(P<0.05);dietary glucomannan and xylan significantly increased the total heat production and fasting heat production(P<0.05),and significantly decreased the total retain energy and net energy as lipid deposition(P<0.05);and dietary glucomannan,β-glucan and pectin sig-nificantly decreased the metabolizable energy intake and net energy as protein deposition(P<0.05).3)The ef-ficiency of using metabolizable energy to net energy as protein deposition of each fiber component was minus;the efficiency of using metabolizable energy to net energy as non-protein deposition of cellulose was low,while the efficiency of glucomannan and xylan was high.The net energy values of cellulose,glucomannan,xylan,β-glucan and pectin in growing pigs were 5.90,2.15,3.27,7.32 and 5.36 MJ/kg DM,respectively,based on the nested algorithm and indirect calorimetry.In conclusion,each single fiber component has negative effects on nutrient apparent total tract digestibility and dietary effective energy values of growing pigs at 10%supplemental level;glucomannan and xylan,as soluble fibers,are superior to other fiber components in terms of the heat production capacity and efficiency of using metabolizable energy to net energy as non-protein depo-sition.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2025,37(2):868-878]
