摘要

Abstract

In the present study,the effective energy value of corn bran raw materials from different sources for medium-speed yellow feather broilers were determined by indirect calorimetry combined with substitution meth-od,and apparent metabolic energy and net energy prediction equations were established.A total of 120 medi-um-speed"Youma"yellow feather broilers aged at 55 days were selected and randomly divided into a corn-soybean meal basal diet group and 10 experimental diet groups with 40%replacement ratio of different corn,with 5 replicates in each group and 2 chickens in each replicate.The experimental period was 7 days,including a pre-test period of 3 days,and 1 day of adaptation in the respiratory calorimetry chamber at 60 days of age,respiratory calorimetry for 3 days,and fasting calorimetry for 1 day.The respiratory calorimetry and digestion and metabolism tests were carried out simultaneously.The results showed as follows:1)the apparent metabolic energy of the 10 corn for 60 to 63 day-old medium-speed yellow feather broilers were 14.23,14.27,13.21,14.04,14.49,14.12,13.86,14.87,14.66 and 14.21 MJ/kg,respectively;the nitrogen-corrected apparent metabolic energy were 12.80,13.09,13.09,13.08,12.08,12.36,13.74,14.77,14.49 and 13.73 MJ/kg,respectively;the net energy were 9.20,9.18,9.49,9.03,10.82,9.10,9.76,12.15,11.50 and 11.49 MJ/kg,respectively.2)The prediction equations of apparent metabolic energy and net energy of wheat bran in medium-speed yellow feather broilers were:apparent metabolic energy(MJ/kg)=-0.351 neutral de-tergent fiber+17.621(R2=0.858,P<0.01),net energy(MJ/kg)=5.447 ether extract+6.537 crude ash-18.639(R2=0.975,P<0.01).In conclusion,this experiment measures the metabolic energy and net energy of 10 different sources of corn,and establish the prediction equations for apparent metabolic energy and net ener-gy of corn in medium-speed yellow feather broilers.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2025,37(2):917-926]
