菜籽粕替代豆粕对育肥羊生长性能、血清生化指标、营养物质消化率及瘤胃微生物的影响
Effects of Rapeseed Meal Replacing Soybean Meal on Growth Performance,Serum Biochemical Indexes,Nutrient Digestibility and Rumen Microorganisms of Fattening Sheep

Abstract
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of rapeseed meal replacing soybean meal in diets for fattening sheep on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,nutrient digestibility and rumen microorganisms.Sixty 3-month-old healthy fattening lambs with body weight of(18.12±0.28)kg were ran-domly divided into 3 groups and fed diets with soybean meal replaced with rapeseed meal,and the substitution ratios were 0(control group),50%(test group Ⅰ)and 100%(test group Ⅱ),respectively.Each group had 20 sheep,and each sheep as a repetition.The experiment period was 30 days,including 10 days for pre-test period and 20 days for the test period.During the experiment,the body weight and feed intake of the experi-mental lambs were recorded.The blood and rumen fluid were collected on the 20th day of the test period.The results showed that there were no significant differences in growth performance,nutrient digestibility,serum bi-ochemical indices,and rumen fluid pH,ammonia nitrogen and microbial protein concentrations among all groups(P>0.05).The concentrations of acetate,propionate and total volatile fatty acids in rumen fluid in con-trol group were significantly higher than those in test group Ⅰ and test group Ⅱ(P<0.05),and the concentra-tion of valerate in control group was significantly higher than that in test group Ⅰ(P<0.05).At genus level of rumen microorganisms,the relative abundance of Syntrophococcus in test group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in control group and test group Ⅰ(P<0.05);the relative abundance of Eubacterium in test group Ⅰwas significantly higher than that in control group and the test group Ⅱ(P<0.05);the relative abundance of Dialister in control group was significantly higher than that in test group Ⅰ and test group Ⅱ(P<0.05);the relative abundance of Prevotellaceae_UCG-001 in test group Ⅰ and test group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,replacing 50%or 100%soybean meal with rapeseed meal in the diet of fattening sheep has no significant effects on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and nu-trient digestibility,but can reduce feed cost,increase economic efficiency.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutri-tion,2025,37(2):1114-1126]关键词
