羊源卷曲乳杆菌DY38的体外益生特性及抗氧化活性研究
In Vitro Probiotic Properties and Antioxidant Activity of Lactobacillus crispatus DY38 from Goats

Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the in vitro probiotic properties and antioxidant activity of Lactobacil-lus crispatus DY38 from goats,providing a foundation for its development as a probiotic supplement for goats.The acid production ability,antibacterial ability,acid and bile salt tolerance,cell adhesion property,and an-tioxidant capacity of the Lactobacillus crispatus DY38 from goats were measured to evaluate its probiotic prop-erties and antioxidant activity.The results showed as follows:1)Lactobacillus crispatus DY38 from goats ex-hibited strong inhibitory effects against pathogenic Escherichia coli,Salmonella enteritis and Clostridium per-fringens isolated from goats;2)the survival rate of Lactobacillus crispatus DY38 from goats under pH 2.0 was 62.73％,and 66.85％in 0.3％bile salts,and it had good gastrointestinal tolerance;3)it was sensitive to com-monly used antibiotics and showed no hemolytic activity;4)the auto-aggregation ability,co-aggregation abili-ty and surface hydrophobicity of Lactobacillus crispatus DY38 from goats were 64.83％,62.81％and 80.69％,respectively;5)it exhibited strong adhesion to Caco-2 cells without cytolytic effect;6)the intracel-lular extract of Lactobacillus crispatus DY38 from goats demonstrated strong superoxide anion radical scaven-ging ability,and its fermentation supernatant exhibited high 2,2-diphenyl-l-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)radical and hydroxyl radical scavenging ability,and high reducing capacity.These findings indicate that Lactobacillus crispatus DY38 from goats has good probiotic properties and potential for development as a probiotic supple-ment to prevent and treat diarrhea and other diseases in goats.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2025,37(2):1340-1353]关键词
