摘要

Abstract

The purpose of this experiment was to evaluate the grass yield and nutritional value of five gramine-ous forages in alpine region of Qinghai province,and to provide a theoretical basis for the scientific and effi-cient application of perennial forages in alpine regions.Five common perennial grasses(Puccinellia tenuiflora,Elymus sibiricus L.,Festuca sinensis,Festuca rubra L.,Elymus dahuricus)in alpine region were used as the research objects,and their forage yield,nutrient contents,feeding value,in vitro gas production parameters and in vitro fermentation parameters were comprehensively evaluated.The results showed as follows:1)the fresh grass yield and hay grass yield of Elymus dahuricus were significantly higher than those of other 4 forages(P<0.05).2)The calcium(Ca)content of Puccinellia tenuiflora was significantly higher than that of other 4 forages(P<0.05).The phosphorus(P)content Elymus sibiricus L.and Festuca sinensis was significantly lower than that of Elymus dahuricus and Festuca rubra L.(P<0.05).The dry matter(DM)content of Festu-ca rubra L.,Elymus sibiricus L.and Elymus dahuricus was significantly higher than that of Puccinellia tenui-flora and Festuca sinensis(P<0.05).The crude protein(CP)content of Elymus sibiricus L.was significantly higher than that of other 4 forages(P<0.05),and the crude ash(Ash)content was significantly lower than that of other 4 forages(P<0.05).3)The relative feed value(RFV)and relative forage quality(RFQ)of Elymus dahuricus were significantly lower than those of other 4 forages(P<0.05).4)The gas production rate and gas production delay time of Elymus dahuricus were significantly higher than those of other 4 forages(P<0.05).The total volatile fatty acid(TVFA)content of Festuca rubra L.,Elymus sibiricus L.and Elymus dahuricus was significantly higher than that of Puccinellia tenuifllora and Festuca sinensis(P<0.05).The ace-tic acid,propionic acid,isobutyric acid,butyric acid and isovaleric acid contents of Puccinellia tenuiflora and Festuca sinensis were significantly higher than those of Elymus sibiricus L.,Festuca rubra L.and Elymus dahuricus(P<0.05).The ammoniacal nitrogen(NH3-N)content of Elymus sibiricus L.was significantly higher than that of other 4 forages(P<0.05).5)The unit area DM yield of Elymus dahuricus was significant-ly higher than that of other 4 forages(P<0.05).The unit area CP yield of Elymus sibiricus L.was significantly higher than that of other 4 forages(P<0.05).In conclusion,the Elymus dahuricus and Elymus sibiricus L.have the higher grass yield and nutritional value,and can be recommended as cultivated forage in Qinghai al-pine region.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2025,37(2):1388-1400]
