Guiding the Future with AI:The Practical Challenges of Global AI Governance and China's Solutions

Abstract
Artificial Intelligence(AI),as the most representative and transformative emerging strategic technology of this technological revolution,holds vast potential for application and future development.It has become a key focus of international competition and naturally exhibits tendencies for diffusion and spillover.To prepare for the possible future of human-machine symbiosis and co-governance that AI may bring,China has introduced the Global Artificial Intelligence(AI)Governance Initiative,grounded in the current state of AI development.This initiative embodies the rich thinking of a community with a shared future for mankind,providing Chinese wisdom for countries and parties around the world to discuss and jointly build global governance of artificial intelligence as well as to share the outcomes of governance.It represents the latest manifestation of President Xi Jinping's thought of global governance.Therefore,based on the main content of the Global Initiative on AI Governance,this article will analyze the content and value of the Global Initiative on AI Governance,and offer insights for further exploring Chinese wisdom and understanding China's solutions.关键词
