Abstract
To solidly and orderly carry out the key work in the new era concerning"agriculture,rural areas,and farmers",the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has planned and integrated a strategic planning system for agriculture in the new era.This system provides agriculture with clear goals,effective implementation pathways,and scientific measurement standards,becoming the fundamental guideline for promoting high-quality development in agriculture.To fully implement this strategic planning system for agriculture in the new era,it is imperative to accurately grasp its missions and tasks,identify key construction points and breakthroughs,and create a modern agricultural development path.This path is led by the strategic system for agriculture in the new era,supported by financial backing and policy support,carried by the development of new rural col-lective economies,secured by the improvement of value co-creation systems and benefit-sharing management mechanisms,and focused on enhancing the service functions of village collective economies,the overall sustainable development capacity of agriculture and rural areas.This approach high-lights the institutional advantages in breaking through bottlenecks in agricultural development,facilitating urban-rural economic cycles,tapping into the potential of collective resources,enhancing the potential for agricultural development,serving collective members,managing collective assets,accumulating ecological capital,and developing public welfare undertakings.It fully leverages the primary role of the farmers and gathers various re-sources and strengths from society to achieve coordinated and efficient rural revitalization,modernization of agriculture and rural areas,and the con-struction of a strong agricultural country.This,in turn,promotes high-quality agricultural development to better drive the construction of Chinese-style modernization.关键词
