New Generation Artificial Intelligence Empowers Enterprise Digital and Intelligent Transformation Upgrading:Driving Mode and Path Analysis

Abstract
Most enterprises are facing urgent need for digital transformation and upgrading.The rapid development of new generation artificial intelli-gence represented by ChatGPT,Sora,etc.provides a feasible way to achieve this goal with its powerful empowering characteristics.This article takes the practices of Baidu,Alibaba,Tencent,and iFlytek as examples,and adopts a multi case exploration research method to explore the driving mode and specific path of artificial intelligence empowering enterprise digital transformation and upgrading.It has found that:firstly,the new generation of artificial intelligence can promote the digital transformation and upgrading of enterprises through empowering technology,data,organization,marketing,and services,and ultimately enable enterprises to achieve transformation and upgrading in five aspects,technology system,production and operation,marketing mode,organizational structure,and service system;secondly,the driving models for the transformation and upgrading of digital intelligence empowered by the new generation of artificial intelligence include technological innovation and industry demand.The specific path selection is driven by the level of technological development and the transformation and upgrading needs of the industry sector in which the empowered enterprise is located;thirdly,the transformation and upgrading of enterprises should choose suitable upgrading strategies and modes,which can be achieved through inde-pendent upgrading strategies and corresponding upgrading modes,or through grafting upgrading strategies and leveraging leading enterprises to achieve a high starting point.The study enriches the relevant research on digital transformation and upgrading and provides useful theoretical and practical in-sights for accelerating transformation and upgrading with the help of artificial intelligence.关键词
