Pilot Free Trade Zones Expand China's Opening-up Home and Abroad:Causes,Constraints and Paths

Abstract
Strengthening motivation and increasing vitality in expanding the opening-up home and abroad is an important measure to open up a new world of high-quality development.Continuing to expand the opening-up home and abroad is the natural mission and promotion path for the construction of China's pilot free trade zone.It is feasible and necessary to continue to expand China's opening-up home and abroad through pilot free trade zone.On the basis of discussing the causes and constraints of the pilot free trade zone to expand China's opening up,this paper puts forward the following policy suggestions:enhancing the reform autonomy of the pilot free trade zone to promote the high-standard institutional opening-up of the service indus-try;strengthening functions of the pilot free trade zone in linking the internal and external to improve the balanced and coordinated level of opening-up to home and abroad;improving the coordination mechanism of the pilot free trade zone to overcome the problem of expanding the opening-up home and abroad;improving the experience popularization mechanism of the pilot free trade zone,so as to form a pattern of expanding the opening-up home and abroad in an all-round way.关键词
