International Experience in Shaping New Dynamics and Advantages for Development and the Chinese Path
摘要
Abstract
Shaping new dynamics and advantages for development is key to promoting high-quality economic growth.Looking at international experi-ences,when Japan's per capita GDP reached $12,000,it took 19 years to double its per capita GDP by focusing on"expanding domestic demand and strengthening external demand,emphasizing high-tech investment,enhancing human capital,and climbing to the high-end value chain"to culti-vate new economic growth dynamics.When South Korea's per capita GDP reached $12,000,it took 16 years to double its per capita GDP by focu-sing on"strengthening corporate innovation,cultivating high-end talents,promoting industrial transformation and upgrading,and expanding interna-tional trade"to cultivate new economic growth dynamics.Based on China's basic national conditions,it should fully leverage its comparative advanta-ges such as the super large-scale market,abundant human resources,and complete industrial chain system,focus on"power sources,strong carriers,broad spaces,and excellent environments"to comprehensively shape China's new dynamics and advantages for development,help achieve medium and long-term development goals on schedule,and accelerate the realization of high-quality development.关键词
