Abstract
New quality productive forces are advanced qualities of productivity that conforms to the new development concept and the requirements of high-quality development,and have a strong driving force and support for the construction of an agricultural power.Enabling the construction of a pow-erful agricultural country with new quality productive forces is the inherent regulation of Marx and Engels'thoughts on agricultural science and technology,the summary of CPC's experience in liberating and developing agricultural productive forces,and the requirements of the times to fully build a modern socialist country,which can be driven by subversive technological innovation to improve agricultural total factor productivity.We will promote strong ag-ricultural supply guarantees,strong scientific and technological equipment,strong business systems,strong industrial resilience,and strong competi-tiveness.On the new journey,we must further improve the level of agricultural science and technology innovation,cultivate new agricultural industries and formats,build a new agricultural management system,and vigorously cultivate new professional farmers under the premise of adhering to the overall leadership of the Party,respecting the main position of farmers,basing ourselves on the national conditions of agriculture,keeping the bottom line of safety,and strengthening the ecological background.关键词
