Practical Research,Risk Identification,and Institutional Response to Generative Artificial Intelligence for Low-altitude Economy
摘要
Abstract
The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee emphasized the development of low-altitude economy.As a future"trillion-dollar"industry,how to develop low-altitude economy has become an important issue.In the development of low-altitude economy,generative artificial intelligence has been utilized in a large number of applications,and has become an important boosting force for low-altitude economy.However,while generative AI enhances the productivity of low-altitude economy and realizes the change of production relations,it also triggers different risks.From the perspective of practical research,generative-AI-enabled low-altitude economy has triggered important changes in the policy dimension,technology di-mension and industry dimension.Based on risk identification,generative AI has triggered individual,industrial and national risks in different dimen-sions.We should form a systematic institutional response through mending the points,building the chain and constructing the network to alleviate the diversified risks based on the perspective of institutionalization.These measures can empower the development of low-altitude economy while giving the world China's low-altitude economy application solutions.关键词
