北京市某儿童医院互联网门诊用药教育模式的探索与实践
Exploration and Practice of Medication Education Model in Online Outpatient Clinic at a Children's Hospital in Beijing

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the basic situation and medication consultation of pediatric patients in the online outpatient clinic of Children's Hospital,Capital Institute of Pediatrics,and initially establish an online outpatient medication education model.Methods:The outpatient information,medication number ranking and online-related consultation questions of pediatric patients in the online outpatient clinic from Jun.2021 to Dec.2022 were collected.A standard operating procedure(SOP)of internet outpatient medication education model was formed based on the mode of"staffing-target determination-audience analysis-demand investigation-standardization-expert review-WeChat formation".Results:A total of 391,389 cases of children were revisited in the online outpatient clinic.Based on the characteristics and drug use of children,50 kinds of drug education varieties were given priority.Based on the demand interview and online related consultation records,the content template of medication education was determined through expert consultation by questionnaire.Standardized medication education materials were written,and the videos of the materials were transformed into a drug health popular science resource library after expert review.The"Talking with Pharmacists of Children's Hospital,Capital Institute of Pediatrics"WeChat platform was established,and the two-dimensional code was printed on the drug delivery bag.After receiving the drug,patients could scan the code to query the drug information or ask questions in the search bar at any time for individualized medication consultation.The satisfaction of WeChat platform was regularly evaluated and continuously improved.Conclusion:By analyzing the medication demands of pediatric patients with online follow-up visits,this study establishes the standardized medication education model,so as to improve medication education for pediatric patients and provide new technologies and methods for promoting pediatric patients'medication safety.关键词
