异功散加味辅助治疗小儿功能性消化不良脾虚夹积证的临床价值
Clinical Value of Modified Yigongsan in the Treatment of Children with Functional Dyspepsia with Syndrome of Malnutrition Due to Spleen Deficiency

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the treatment efficacy and clinical value of modified Yigongsan in the treatment of children with functional dyspepsia(FD)with syndrome of malnutrition due to spleen deficiency.Methods:Retrospective analysis was performed on 98 FD children(FD group)admitted into outpatient department of Wenzhou Central Hospital from 2020 to 2023 and 90 healthy children in the same period(normal group).According to different treatment regimens,98 FD children were divided into the control group and observation group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with domperidone suspension+conventional basic treatment,while the observation group additionally received Yigongsan based on the control group,the treatment course was 4 weeks.After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical related indicators of two groups with FD were compared and analyzed.The therapeutic effect,FD-related symptoms and spleen deficiency syndrome score,and the levels of serum gastrin-17(G-17),pepsinogen Ⅰ(PG-Ⅰ)and pepsinogen Ⅱ(PG-Ⅱ)were compared.Results:Before treatment,serum G-17,PG-Ⅰ and PG-Ⅱ levels in FD group were lower than those in normal group(P＜0.01).After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 93.88％,higher than 77.55％of control group(P＜0.05).The scores of FD-related symptoms and spleen-deficiency syndrome decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.01).Serum G-17,PG-Ⅰ and PG-Ⅱ levels increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.01).Conclusion:The efficacy of Yigongsan in the treatment of FD with syndrome of malnutrition due to spleen deficiency is evident,which can improve the the clinical symptoms and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,up-regulate serum levels of G-17,PG Ⅰ and PG Ⅱ,and is worthy of clinical application.关键词
