油茶杂交子代群体花柱和花粉性状的遗传分析
Genetic analysis of style and pollen traits in hybrid progeny populations of Camellia oleifera

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the genetic variations of main reproductive traits in the hybrid progeny of Camellia oleifera.The style length and pollen viability were measured for three hybrid progeny populations of YZ2×HS,YZ2×DY2,and DY2×YZ2,and their parents.The genetic variation analysis,grade frequency analysis,relative heritability analysis,and cluster analysis were carried out.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of style length was greater than 20%in the three hybrid progeny populations,and that of pollen viability was greater than 50%.The mid-parent heterosis and super-high-parent heterosis of the two traits in the three populations were negative,and the super-low-parent heterosis of pollen viability was also negative,indicating that the heterosis of the progeny population of C.oleifera showed a decreasing trend in these two traits and the pollen viability decreased significantly.Regarding the style length,the relative heritability of the female parent was greater than that of male parent in the progeny population with YZ2 as female parent,and the relative heritability of the female parent was weaker than that of the male parent in the progeny population of DY2×YZ2.Regarding the pollen viability,the relative heritability of the male parent was greater than that of the female parent in the progeny population with YZ2 as the female parent,and the relative heritability of the male parent was weaker than that of the female parent in the progeny population of DY2×YZ2.The cluster analysis revealed that the progeny population of YZ2×DY2 had a high possibility of producing the plants with a high hybrid success rate.It is concluded that the variations in style length and pollen viability are extensive in the hybrid progeny of C.oleifera,and the style length and pollen viability tended to be inherited from the parents with weaker traits.关键词
