低聚壳聚糖小肽复合制剂在美洲鳗鲡黑仔鳗养殖上的应用效果
Application Effect of the Compound Preparation of Low-molecular Weight Chitosan Oligopeptides on the Culture of Anguilla rostrata black fry

Abstract
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of the compound preparation of low-molecular weight chitosan oligopeptides on the growth performance,immunity and intestinal health of Anguilla rostrata black fry by adding 35 g·kg-1 compound preparation of low-molecular weight chitosan oligopeptides to the diet of cultured Anguilla rostrata black fry,and feeding them for 60 days at the water temperature of 25-29℃,while the control group was not added.The results showed that compared with the control group,the compound preparation of low-molecular weight chitosan oligopeptides could significantly increase the relative growth rate of average body weight,specific growth rate of average body weight and average feed conversion ratio of Anguilla rostrata black fry(P<0.05),but had no significant effect on the daily feeding rate,average hepatosomatic index,average viscerosomatic index and average fatness ratio(P>0.05).Meanwhile,it had no significant effect on the enzyme activities of α-amylase and lipase in the digestive tract(P>0.05),and had no significant effect on the antioxidant indexes such as total superoxide dismutase,catalase,total antioxidant capacity and malondialdehyde in liver and intestine(P>0.05).It had no significant effect on the indicators such as the complement C3,immunoglobulin M,lysozyme,acid phosphatase,alkaline phosphatase and total antioxidant capacity in plasma(P>0.05).However,it could significantly increase the villus height,crypt depth,mucosal thickness,muscle thickness of midgut(P<0.05).Therefore,the compound preparation of low-molecular weight chitosan oligopeptides had significant promoting effect on the growth,intestinal health,and nutrient digestion and absorption of Anguilla rostrata black fry.关键词
