来华留学研究生教育高质量内涵式发展路径与机制探析
A Study on the Path and Mechanism of High-Quality Connotative Development of International Postgraduate Education in China

Abstract
In the new era of accelerating the construction of a powerful nation of education,attracting many high-quality international students to study in China has become an important measure to improve the quality and efficiency of China's education opening up to the outside world.Optimizing the enroll-ment publicity system to improve the quality of students and amplifying the quality assurance mecha-nism to enhance the training quality is an effective approach to promote the high-quality and connotative development of international postgraduates in China.However,at present,we are facing many dilemmas in the admission promotion and training of international postgraduates in China,which seriously affects the progress of the international competitiveness of graduate education in China.Colleges and universi-ties should confront the problems directly and focus on the national strategic development goals and fol-low the rules of the international student flow market and international students'personality cognitive characteristics,and further complement the educational quality assurance mechanism of international postgraduates in China by building a"three-in-one"system of government"management",universities"education",third-party social industry organizations"service",and consequently promote the innova-tion and reform of the recruitment and educational systems and mechanisms of colleges and universities for international postgraduates in China in the new era,to form a strong internal and external driving force to attract high-quality international students to pursue further studies in China.Thus,to cultivate many top-notch innovative and composite applied international talents who are knowledgeable and friendly towards China,and contribute Chinese wisdom to accelerate the construction of a community with a shared future for humankind.关键词
