涉农高校产教融合协同创新生态系统构建研究
Research on the Construction of a Collaborative Innovation Ecosystem for the Integration of Industry and Education in Agriculture-Related Colleges and Universities

Abstract
Deepening the integration of industry and education is a crucial way to enhance the contribu-tion rate of agriculture-related colleges and universities to the modernization of agriculture and rural are-as and industrial transformation and upgrading.It has also become a common task of higher education reform and development.Based on the theory of knowledge production and ecosystem,this paper ex-plores the characteristics and laws of the deep integration of industry and education in agriculture-related colleges and universities,clarifies the framework system of the industry and education integration eco-system in agriculture-related colleges and universities,and analyzes the basic characteristics of the in-dustry and education integration ecosystem with resource aggregation,common exclusivity,and dynamic evolution as the logical operating mechanism in regions and industries.Following the innovation logic of the quadruple helix innovation systems,we focus on the mechanism of interest collaboration and a-chievement sharing,diversified investment and performance incentive,risk identification and dynamic prevention and control,efficiency measurement,and feedback evaluation in integrating industry and ed-ucation.We strive to build a knowledge cluster and innovation network with multiple subjects.We pro-pose response strategies from organizational alliances,collaborative systems,platform construction,and cultural value shaping,forming a cooperative and shared innovation ecosystem for integrating industry and education.关键词
