数字化视域下高等教育人才培养的机遇挑战与策略建议
Opportunities,Challenges,and Strategic Recommendations for Talent Cultivation in Higher Education from the Perspective of Digitization

Abstract
The rapid development and application of Internet technology have accelerated the arrival of the digital age.The widespread use of digital technologies and the extensive dissemination of knowledge impose higher demands on education,particularly higher education,which is a crucial component of our educational system.Higher education must keep pace with evolving times and actively respond to new societal and technological needs.This adaptation is a natural progression and vital for achieving the country's long-term strategic goals.Analyzing the current state of talent development in higher educa-tion within this digital context and summarizing best practices is essential for its high-quality growth.This study profoundly analyzes the current situation of higher education personnel training from the per-spective of digitization of education and teachers'digitization literacy,educational diversification and in-dividual differences,information security,and technology application.It puts forward strategic sugges-tions for higher education personnel training under the digitization background from five aspects:train-ing goal orientation,curriculum system innovation,quality evaluation system improvement,guarantee mechanism improvement,and internationalization of personnel training,to provide reference for the high-quality development of higher education in China.关键词
