Study on the Classified Training Modes for Liberal Arts Graduate Students'in Agriculture and Forestry Colleges in the New Era

Abstract

During the 13th Five-Year Plan period,facing economic transformation and upgrading,the scale and structure of postgraduate training should be scientifically adjusted to form a pattern of classi-fied development and simultaneous development of academic degrees and professional degrees.In the new era,how to scientifically and rationally classify and promote the reform of academic and profes-sional degrees has become the key to improving the quality of postgraduate training.Taking the liberal arts graduate students and tutors of Northwest A&F University as the research object,this paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey and interview survey.At the postgraduate level,it analyzes the cur-rent situation and problems of liberal arts graduate education and teaching training in sample universities from six dimensions:curriculum learning,training sessions,scientific research training,international communication,tutor guidance,and academic environment.At the tutor level,it analyzes the current sit-uation and problems of liberal arts graduate education and teaching training in sample universities from three dimensions:postgraduate enrollment,postgraduate training,and quality assurance.Based on the problem-oriented,hierarchical classification,this paper constructs the talent training mode and reform path of graduate students in colleges and universities and finally realizes the transformation from single talent training to diversified talent training:for academic degree graduate students,implement"succes-sive bachelor/master cultivation",focusing on"professional core skills+comprehensive practical abil-ity+scientific research and innovation ability",to cultivate top-notch innovative talents with innova-tive spirit and practical ability;for professional degree postgraduates,we should explore the"project system"enrollment and"order form"training mode,deepen the integration of production and education through the cooperation of:school-enterprise-association",and cultivate practical talents with the unity of knowledge and practice.Given the bottleneck problems restricting the classified training of graduate students,this paper puts forward the following four aspects of policy recommendations:First,give full play to the advantages of interdisciplinary disciplines and cultivate new disciplinary growth points;sec-ond,around the classification of training objectives,the implementation of graduate classification teach-ing management;third,make good use of the evaluation"baton"to deepen the reform of college teach-ers'assessment system;the fourth is to expand teaching resources and escort the high-quality develop-ment of postgraduate education.
