Research on the Training Quality of Professional Degree Postgraduate of Economic Management in Agriculture-Related Colleges and Universities

Abstract
With the mission of cultivating"new talents who know and love agriculture",agriculture-re-lated colleges and universities emphasize practice-oriented and application-oriented training of profes-sional degree postgraduates to meet the needs of high-quality talents under rural revitalization strategy.The cultivation of Economic Management talents in agriculture-related colleges and universities needs to be closely combined with the actual needs of regional economic development,comprehensively investi-gate and evaluate the quality of training,better grasp the applied knowledge and practical ability,and serve the local economic development.Based on combing the relevant research literature,this paper de-fines the meaning of the training quality of postgraduates majoring in Economic Management,under-stands the current situation of the training of postgraduates majoring in Economic Management in agri-culture-related colleges and universities through questionnaire survey,scientifically evaluates the training quality by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,finds out the problems,and puts forward suggestions from the aspects of training objectives,curriculum system,teaching methods,assessment and evaluation,and teaching staff.关键词
