海陆统筹的国土空间规划教学创新实践

Abstract
With the development of remote sensing technology,the value of massive remote sensing data in territorial spatial planning has become increasingly apparent,and since the concept of coordinated terrestrial and maritime spatial planning was officially proposed in the"National Marine Functional Zoning(2011-2020)",the spatial layout of sea and land functional areas,systematic governance of marine ecosystems,normalized disaster prevention and mitigation,and the transformation of smart territorial spatial planning have become important contents of territorial spatial planning.In order to meet the new needs of national development,the traditional course Territorial Spatial Planning urgently needs to be reformed in terms of teaching content,teaching methods and testing of teaching achievements.From the perspective of remote sensing information technology,this paper emphasizes the practical significance of remote sensing technology in coordinated terrestrial and maritime spatial planning,and explores ways to integrate remote sensing technology into the teaching of territorial spatial planning,so as to better cultivate interdisciplinary and high-quality territorial spatial planning talents,and provide support for urban planning,environmental protection,resource management and other fields in coastal areas of China.关键词
