面向材料专业需求驱动的半导体器件物理课程改革探索与实践

Abstract
Based on the analysis of the current status,positioning,learning situation and course problems of Semiconductor Device Physics course at home and abroad,the current problems of this course are sorted out.Focusing on the shortcomings of teaching,this paper explores and reforms teaching concepts and teaching ideas,innovates teaching content,cultivates innovative thinking and oriented thinking,deeply analyzes and dissects the ideological and political elements contained in the course Semiconductor Device Physics,and realizes ideological and value guidance.It proposes a teaching concept to improve the four core qualities of graduate students,namely critical thinking,innovative thinking,cooperation ability and communication ability,adopts a new teaching method of lectures,discussions,leading learning and dialogue,integrates theoretical knowledge,animation simulation and device experiment"three-in-one"teaching content,and comprehensively improves students'core literacy.Finally,the teaching innovation results are analyzed,and the teaching innovation results of this course are discussed.It is of great significance to other engineering colleges and even to the development of new generation technologies,new materials,new energy and other strategic emerging industries,thereby accelerating the construction of the"433"new industrial system.关键词
