SrCu2O2/ZnO光催化剂的制备及其光催化性能测试
Preparation of SrCu2O2/ZnO photocatalyst and its photocatalytic performance

Abstract
A new type Ⅱ SrCu2O2/ZnO heterojunction composite photo catalyst was successfully prepared by solid-phase sintering.The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),energy disper-sive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(UV-Vis DRS).The results show that the ZnO particles are tightly attached to the irregular bulk SrCu2O2,which is tightly coupled to form a type Ⅱ heterojunction.The photocatalytic performance experiments confirmed that SrCu2O2/ZnO had the best catalytic activi-ty at a mass ratio of 1∶1 and could degrade 20 mg/L of tetracycline hydrochloride(TC-HC1)by about 92%within 120 min,which is 1.3 and 1.7 times that of SrCu2O2 and ZnO,respectively.The photocatalytic mechanism suggests that the reconstructed internal elec-tric field induced by the type Ⅱ heterostructure not only expands the photoreaction range but also improves the separation efficiency of the photogenerated carriers,thus improving the photocatalytic performance of SrCu2O2/ZnO.This work provides a simple and novel way to design ZnO-based catalysts for visible light reactions and facilitate their practical application in a variety of sunlight-driven environmental and energy problems.关键词
