基于数据挖掘探讨针灸治疗慢性浅表性胃炎选穴规律
Discussion on the Acupoint Selection Rules of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Chronic Superficial Gastritis Based on Data Mining Technology

Abstract
Objective To analyze acupoint selection rules of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis using data mining.Methods The authors conducted a data mining analysis of literature on acupuncture and moxibustion for chronic superficial gastritis,searching from our customized database,including CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,and China Biomedical Retrieval,until January 2024.Results A total of 186 literatures were examined,revealing 55 acupoints used 1070 times.Zusanli(ST36),Zhongwan(RN12),Neiguan(PC6),Weishu(BL21),and Tianshu(ST25)were most popular.Acupoints on the stomach,bladder,pericardium,and spleen meridians were frequently used,with abdominal and Mu points particularly common.Zhongwan(RN12)-Zusanli(ST36)had the highest correlation,and cluster analysis identified two core clusters.Conclusion Acupoint selection for acupuncture and moxibustion in chronic superficial gastritis follows specific patterns,which will providie a foundation for modern clinical research and treatment.关键词
