Medication Principles of Professor Chang Yalin in the Treatment of Alopecia Based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective To discuss the medication principles of Chief Physician Chang Yalin in treating alopecia,to summarize syndrome differentiation thinking,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods Collecting the prescriptions of Professor Chang Yalin in treating hair loss within 6 years,establishing a data table,Excel 2013 was used to statistically analyze the frequency,taste,and meridian distribution of drugs.SPSS Modoler 14.0 software April algorithm was used to analyze the association rules of drugs.Result A total of 177 prescriptions were included,covering 151 types of traditional Chinese medicine,with a total frequency of use of 4563 times.Among them,Angelica sinensis,radix polygoni multiflori,and Chuanxiong are commonly used drugs for treating alopecia.The top three types of commonly used traditional Chinese medicine are tonifying deficiency,promoting blood circulation and removing stasis,and clearing heat.The medicinal properties are mainly warm and mild.The medicinal taste is mainly spicy and sweet.The main meridians for medication are liver and kidney meridians.Association rule analysis showed that peach kernel,safflower,Angelica sinensis,and peony bark are commonly used medicinal pairs.Conclusion Professor Chang Yalin's main treatment for hair loss is to harmonize blood and dispel wind,and he has unique medication experience in treating qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,blood deficiency and wind dryness type alopecia.关键词
