浅析冷漏的证治
Analysis on the Treatment of Fistula
摘要
Abstract
The word fistula was first proposed by Xujiang Physician Chen Ziming in Waike Jingyao.It is a common complication of carbuncle prognosis.The understanding of this disease in traditional Chinese medicine has been gradually deepened in the clinical practice of doctors in the past dynasties,but a unified understanding has not yet been formed in the aspect of syndrome and treatment.By systematically combing the literature related to cold leakage in ancient medical books,the author made a textual research on its origin from the name of disease,etiology,pathogenesis and treatment,so as to provide more theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of fistula,and further combined with modern medicine,to explore the similarity of the course between fistula and chronic refractory wounds(CRW),and to explore the potential correlation between the two in syndrome and treatment.关键词
