Study on Shen Shuwen's Inheritance of"Efficacy-oriented"Art(Part Ⅱ)
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To comprehensively excavate Shen Shuwen's inheritance contents of"art"based on the grounded theory,to refine the keypoints of the inheritance and to construct the inheritance models of"art".Methods:Purposeful sampling,snowball sampling and theoretical sampling were adopted to select interviewees and conduct in-depth interviews;representative works and documentation were chosen through information retrieval,and the collected interview data and literature were gradually decomposed for three-level coding through the inheritance support platform of famous veteran doctor;the single-category contents were organized according to the logical hierarchy,to construct dual-category relationship and to sort out the story lines,mind map and Visio software were applied to reveal the contents.Results:The study has formed six categories related to"art",including academic origin,academic viewpoints,syndrome differentiation method,diagnostic and therapeutic techniques,the characteristics of medication and core prescriptions and herbs,and 18 subcategories.Conclusion:The core of famous veteran doctor of TCM Shen Shuwen's art inheritance is oriented towards clinical efficacy,he put the curative effects the first place,combining syndrome differentiation with micro-syndrome differentiation,flexibly choosing prescription,accurately using the herbs,good at summarizing and reflecting,which has formed Shen's unique diagnostic and therapeutic characteristics.关键词
