Ye Tianshi's Constitution-differentiation Theory on the Treatment of Cough
摘要
Abstract
Ye Tianshi's constitution-differentiation thinking on the treatment of cough was discussed based on Linzhen Zhinan Yi'an,Ye employed the diagnostic and therapeutic mode of combining constitution-differentia-tion,disease-differentiation and syndrome--differentiation in clinical practice,he initially differentiated the patients'constitutions from the patients'disease history,figure,diet,age and gender,pointing out that the cough patients mainly refer to wood-fire constitution,dampness-heat constitution,Yin-deficiency constitution,Qi-deficiency constitution and Yang-deficiency constitution;the essence of Ye Tianshi's syndrome differentiation for the treatment of cough,actually the forerunner of therapeutic mode of constitution-differentiation,disease-differentiation and syndrome-differentiation,has great significance for contemporary clinical diagnosis and treatment of cough in TCM.关键词
