历代医家对小儿腹痛的认识与治疗
Understanding and Treatment of Pediatric Abdominal Pain by Medical Practitioners of All Ages
摘要
Abstract
By briefing the medical practitioners'experience in differentiating and treating pediatric abdominal pain through the ages,their understanding and treatment of pediatric abdominal pain varied but intersected from pre-Qin and Han dynasty(221-205BC)to Southern and Northern dynasties(420-589AD),the Sui and Tang period(581-907AD),and the Song,Jin and Yuan dynasties(960-1279AD),the Ming(1368-1644)and Qing(1644-1911)dynasties,and modern times.The general etiology of abdominal pain mainly covered cold in the abdomen,internal obstruction of blood stasis,dyspepsia,spleen and stomach cold,heat binding in stomach and the bowel,phlegm evil obstructing,and the main pathogenesis lied in Qi stagnation of spleen and stomach,obstruction resulting in pain,and the basic therapeutic principles were regulating Qi movement.关键词
