刘德春主任医师治疗带状疱疹临床经验
LIU Dechun's clinical experience in treating herpes zoster
摘要
Abstract
This paper provides a comprehensive summary and analysis of the clinical experiences of Dr.LIU Dechun,a chief physician,in the treatment of herpes zoster.He posits that the fundamental pathogenesis of this con-dition is characterized by a deficiency of qi,obstruction due to damp heat and fire toxins within the meridians,as well as the reactivation of latent pathogens residing in the body.Dr.LIU employs fire needle therapy to generate heat through thermal stimulation,invigorate qi circulation,and alleviate blood stasis.Additionally,he integrates cala-mine lotion for external application to eliminate dampness,expel pathogens,and mitigate swelling and blister forma-tion.The results indicate significant improvements in pain management,reduction in swelling and dampness levels,along with effective prevention of postherpetic neuralgia.A representative case study is presented to substantiate the efficacy of this treatment approach.关键词
