《黄帝内经》死脉微探
An inquiry into the dead pulse in the Huangdi's Canon of Internal Medicine
摘要
Abstract
This study combs the records related to"dead pulse"in the Huangdi's Canon of Internal Medicine,conducts a summary and analysis of the dead pulse from three pulse-taking methods:the cun-kou pulse-taking method,the three-parts and nine-indications pulse-taking method,and the renying-cunkou pulse-taking method.It is pointed out that although the dead pulse often indicates a critical and terminal situation,with the advancement of medical technology,it is no longer an"inevitably fatal pulse"but rather a pulse that urgently requires treatment.Thus,learning knowledge related to the dead pulse is conducive to enhancing the diagnostic and therapeutic profi-ciency of physicians and holds significant significance for predicting the severity of the disease and providing timely and effective treatment for patients.关键词
