我国市售柴胡饮片的质量评价
Quality evaluation of Bupleurum chinense decoction pieces available in the Chinese market
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the quality of Bupleurum chinense decoction pieces available in the Chinese Market.Methods The Bupleurum chinense decoction pieces were evaluated according to the standards of the Phar-macopoeia of the People's Republic of China(Part Ⅰ)2020,including property,thin-layer identification,determina-tion of impurities,moisture,extraction,and content of active ingredients.Then,an exploratory study was conducted on the authenticity,characteristic pattern,and residues of exogenous harmful substances.Results According to the current standards,147 of the 164 samples were qualified,with a qualification rate of 89.6％;6 samples did not meet the requirements for property,all of which are Bupleurum marginatum Wall.ex DC.var.stenophyllum(Wolff)Shan et Y.Li,and 11 did not meet the requirements for impurities.All other samples met the requirements.The qualifica-tion rate was 79.9％after the exploratory study.Conclusion Supplements and improvements are needed for the quality standards of Bupleurum chinense decoction pieces.The methods for supplementary inspection of constituents of Bupleurum marginatum Wall.ex DC.var.stenophyllum(Wolf)Shan et Y.Li and aboveground stem components,as well as the inspection items for characteristic pattern,should be added.The supervision of the production,circula-tion,and use of Chinese herbal decoction pieces should be strengthened.关键词
