摘要
Abstract
When the tooth defect is under the gingiva,problems such as the edge of the restoration is not tight and the adhesive is retained cause serious periodontal diseases.Different clinical strategies can be employed to avoid these pro-blems according to the depth of the tooth defect to prevent periodontal diseases and maintain the periodontal health of re-stored teeth.Commonly used clinical treatment techniques include gingival retraction,deep margin elevation,crown lengthening,and orthodontic extrusion.In this paper,the indications,characteristics,operation methods,and means to avoid periodontal diseases in each method are described.关键词
